Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your designated address. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Tracking Information: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from First Light Label. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted only if the items are in resalable condition and have their original labels still attached.
Please initiate the return process by emailing us at returns@firstlightlabel.com. In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exclusions:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
